Hinterweb provides custom website design, development, and hosting services for local businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Pricing & Payment

A one-time setup fee is due before work begins.
Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly via the payment method on file.
Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel monthly service at any time.

What's Included

Your monthly fee includes:

Website hosting and domain management
SSL certificate
Reasonable monthly content updates and edits
Technical support via email

Ownership & Content

You own all content you provide (text, photos, logos).
We retain ownership of the website design and code until all fees are paid in full.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website design for your business.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly service at any time by emailing us.
Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the billing period.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable after work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Hinterweb provides websites on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.
